63rd UFEMAT Conference 2023 - Dublin Ireland

Crest Building Products are delighted and proud to be a gold sponsor of the 63rd UFEMAT conference in Dublin. It was the turn of Ireland to host this annual 3-day special event where this year’s hospitality was organised by the BMF who welcomed guests from all over the UK and Europe.

Presidents, directors, sponsors and guests got the event underway at The Marker Hotel the chosen venue for the event.

Organised in collaboration with Hardware Association Ireland, the UFEMAT Congress brings together builders’ merchants, building material suppliers and trade bodies from across Europe. The conference was introduced by host Joe Lynam, business editor at the radio station Newstalk, a former BBC presenter who worked for the European Commission.

This year’s event, which takes the theme, A Vision for Success includes conference themes:

Due Diligence: in collaboration with Eurocommerce
Packaging “Recycled content in the packaging material”
Safety Work & Vocational Training building Materials: Collaborating with Constructive and ISSAS Construction (International Social Security Association).

The 64th UFEMAT Congress for 2024 will be held in Copenhagen in Denmark, plans are already in place for the annual event in the beautiful unique city, characterised by its canals, cycling culture and strong economy.
