For this development, we selected the Old Croft Blend, a brick that has proven perfect for creating homes that exude both charm and durability. The Old Croft Blend is a testament to timeless elegance and robust quality.  

The Old Croft Blend offers a good blend of light red brown bricks interspersed with dark grey and pale white shade bricks combine to great effect. We chose this brick for its aesthetic appeal, durability, and versatility. It seamlessly fits into various design elements, allowing us to create unique and cohesive looks across the development, and works extremely well in village locations.

Each home features a designer kitchen with integrated appliances and is fully tiled and carpeted throughout. Externally, they benefit from spacious block paved drives, landscaped gardens, and a shed for outdoor storage.
